Build Your Own Pizza In The Outdoor Oven!

Join us for a hands-on class taught by our farm manager and dietitian. Learn some basic skills for growing vegetables using organic growing methods. Then proceed to the Good Harvest Secret Pizza garden and learn from our dietitian the importance of eating with intention to prevent disease. Finally, harvest herbs and vegetables to make your own pizza in our outdoor pizza oven. Ideal for families and individuals!

STONE SOUP

This is a hands-on class taught by our dietitian. Just like the story STONE SOUP, it takes a community and a wide variety of colorful vegetables to make a delicious and healthful soup. It’s fun to pick fresh produce from the Good Harvest Secret Garden at NuGenesis Farm and prepare food that is both yummy and soul satisfying. This is a hands-on class that will focus on optimal nutrition, the therapeutic value of selected plant foods, culinary tips and give the kids a chance to work together. This class is easily transferable into the classroom!
